All are welcome. Come with an open mind and heart. No experience in meditation is required. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a pair of socks, as your feet may get cold. Also, if you opt to lie on the floor, please bring blankets, cushions and pillows, enough to make it comfortable for you. We also have 5 anti-gravity chairs if you wish to use them.

We recommend pregnant women and those with seizure conditions consult their physician prior to attending a sound bath event.
